Presenting the next generation of chefs – they graduated today!  Day 5 and it’s a fiesta wrap…They cooked rolled tacos, Mexican rice, beans, made guacamole and red, white and blueberry salad, and baked cinnamon-sugar donuts. The games today were a hoot.  With blind folds, they had to taste (radish & a fortune cookie), feel (chicken feet & an anchovy) and smell blue cheese and cloves), followed by a “Chopped” dessert challenge at the end of the day.  Congratulations to all 10 Cazares Style Cooking School Campers – well done!  I hope to see you in an upcoming class…
