Roasted Potato-Leek Soup (order now through 12/1): The roasting of the main vegetables, in this case the stars of the soup – potatoes and leeks, add a depth of flavor that can’t be achieved from boiling your vegetables.  This soup is already hearty, but then I add a touch of heavy cream and creme fraîche for extra richness!
