Minestrone is a hearty, thick soup of Italian origin made with vegetables, but it really has no set recipe since it is usually made out of whatever vegetables are in season, and often with the addition of pasta. Cazares Style recipe includes: Kidney, cannellini, and garbanzo beans, fresh thyme, onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes, pasta, and homemade vegetable stock! For ordering and more details, visit the Soup of the Week page.  Bon Appétit!
