With Super Bowl right around the corner, Chili is the perfect half-time meal! If you like chili, than you’ll love this one. Be sure to order extra for Super Bowl Sunday…it will keep fine in the refrigerator until Sunday, or you could even freeze it for another time.
Instead of using beef for this recipe, we decided to use turkey, a healthier protein option. We also use kidney beans, yellow bell pepper and homemade blend of toasted spices – cumin, oregano, paprika, a hint of cayenne pepper, and roasted chipotle chilies.
