soup of the week: chicken chowder with wild rice, crimini, and pancetta

This soup is a little reminiscent of Thanksgiving to me.  Instead of using turkey, we made a rich delicious chowder using chunks of roasted chicken, nutty wild rice, earthy crimini mushrooms, and pancetta. It also has corn, carrots, celery, and shallots with a touch of heavy cream to give it the richness you’d expect from a “chowder”. For more details and to order, visit our Soup of the Week page.
