What a delicious week!  Today we topped off the week with Aloha cuisine, which included:  Fried wontons with brie and mac nuts served with pineapple marmalade, coconut shrimp with banana lime dipping sauce, Hawaiian BBQ’d ribs, Island fried rice, mixed greens with mango vinaigrette, and for the finale:  Pineapple Creme Brûlée!  They learned some nutrition facts and had a “Chopped” challenge contest showing off their creativity and were judged on their presentation and taste – this week was delicious success!
